Meet Cara, a Red Wing native who never thought she’d be back. After living in Austin TX for 18 years, Cara and her husband were ready for a change. Determined to find the right location, she scoured the country for the right fit, the right town, a place where this kind of cuisine was wanted and needed. Time after time, it became more clear that Red Wing was the answer. Local, quality, organic, and flavorful on-the-go food is her knack. And getting it to the customer quickly is her plan.

She’s simply a wannabe chef, who discovered her passion for feeding and nourishing people.
